Opportunity:
CT Technologist – CT Technologist
Job Details:
• Shift hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• 8-week schedule cycle with weekend rotation every 4th weekend
• On-call required on an 8-week rotation (details discussed in interview)
• Holiday coverage per unit needs
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred
• First-time travelers considered if well qualified
• Work with ED, inpatient, outpatient, stroke, chest pain, procedural, and trauma patient populations
• Average department volume of 50-75 patients per day
• Required certifications and licenses: BLS, RT (R)(CT), IEMA
• Skills required include IV starts, stroke and chest pain workups, and trauma
• Work with GE CT scanners and experience with this equipment is required
• EMR system: EPIC
• 24/7 support from hospitalist, intensivist, and trauma team
• Orientation includes NEO and 1 week of precepted shifts
• No floating required
• Scrub color: Caribbean blue

Facility:
This 176-bed hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and Magnet-designated facility, also recognized as both a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center. The facility provides comprehensive care across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings, supported by 24/7 hospitalist, intensivist, and trauma teams. The department is equipped with advanced GE CT scanners and utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system.
