Opportunity:
RN – Rehabilitation Nurse
Job Details:
• 12-hour variable shifts with hours of 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours – can be low censused in hour increments as needed
• Primary location is the Rehabilitation unit with 12 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6 PM and 1:8 nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical Rehab experience preferred, or nurses with Medical/Surgical background considered
• Experience required in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC)
• Rehab knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, and social skills preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color

The facility supports a dynamic clinical environment where staff are expected to float across inpatient units as needed, providing well-rounded care across multiple departments. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic as its preferred charting system.
