Opportunity:
Phlebotomist – Phlebotomy
Job Details:
• Day shift position working 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Primary location with potential float to additional sites including Merrill, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley
• May be placed on low census and put on call
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required; inpatient experience required
• Proficient in venipuncture and capillary draws required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Comfortable with HIS/LIS computer systems required
• Attention to detail required
• Arterial blood collections experience beneficial
• Charting experience with Sunquest and Epic preferred
• High school diploma required; Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
• Certified phlebotomist preferred
• AHA BLS certification required
• Scrubs any color
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of facility
