Opportunity:
Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday shifts required
• No float, on-call, or call back requirements
• Treat 8-10 patients per 8-hour day in a busy outpatient rural clinic setting
• Handle a wide variety of conditions including mixed orthopedics, some neurology, and all age ranges (no pediatrics beyond basic orthopedics)
• Master's Degree or DPT required
• General PT and orthopedic skills required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Must be able to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and adapt well to change
• Contractor must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
