Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every weekend and every other holiday required
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours – can be low censused in hour increments as needed; unit will typically low census in 4-hour increments and could ask for a traveler to work only 4 or 8 hours of a shift
• Typical patient ratios: days 1:4-5 and nights 1:6-7
• Care for adult patients with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
