Opportunity:
Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy
Job Details:
• Work either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per day, with flexibility based on manager approval
• Shift times require staying until 5:30 PM a few days per week when working 8-hour shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend rotation required
• Holiday expectation of 50% of holidays during contract or every other holiday
• Clinic is closed on holidays but open evenings and the day after holidays
• Up to 7 days of time off may be approved
• Treat approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
• Patient population ranges from adolescents (approximately 5% of cases) to geriatrics
• Patient cases include general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical, falls, work-based injuries, and general neuro
• Required skills include manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait, patient education, and pain neuroscience (PNS)
• Preferred skills include vestibular training, dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy
• Equipment includes hand weights, TheraBand, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, steps, and treadmills
• Charting system is EPIC (preferred experience)
• Required certifications: BLS and Wisconsin state license
• Bachelor's degree or above required
• First-time travelers and those with a minimum of 1 year of experience will be considered
• Business casual attire required
• Free parking available on site
Facility:
This outpatient rehabilitation facility is located 1.5 miles from a 55-bed community hospital, approximately one hour north of Green Bay. The facility specializes in sports health and mobility and is supported by a multidisciplinary team including other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. On-site and remote manager and supervisor support is available, along with dedicated schedulers to coordinate patient visits.
