Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• Low census policy in effect – contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, typically in 4-hour increments
• Work on a Medical and Pediatrics (MAP) unit treating adults with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal
• Typical patient ratios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:6-7 on nights
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Pediatrics experience is required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS, and PALS (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color

The hospital operates as a Trauma Level II center and provides comprehensive care across multiple inpatient units.
