Opportunity:
Echo Technologist – Echo Technologist
Job Details:
• 8-hour day shifts with hours of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Generally no weekends required; holidays required as needed
• May float to other locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Perform 6-8 echos per day primarily with outpatients and some inpatients daily
• Only echo technologist onsite
• Perform routine general ultrasound, arterial studies, venous duplex, and carotid studies
• ECG interpretive skills required including identification and differentiation of arrhythmias and knowledge of routine cardiovascular pharmacological agents
• Epic charting experience highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Routine general ultrasound and vascular experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, CCI RDCS or RCS, or ARDMS RVT or RVS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in an allied health field preferred
• Any scrub color is acceptable
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius
