Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shift position
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work 2 weekends out of 4 as needed; weekends are considered Friday and Saturday for night shift
• Holiday rotation required every other holiday
• Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Riverview, and Plover locations
• No on-call or back-up requirements; additional shifts may be available for sick call coverage
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg experience required
• Case mix includes medical and surgical patients such as joint replacements and general surgical patients
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC certification required), Wisconsin RN license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub color: Dark blue
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manage change well, socially engaged, assertive, confident in skills, and a team player
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off will be accommodated
