Opportunity:
CNA – LTC
Job Details:
• Evening shift, 8 hours, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Some holiday coverage required
• Float between units as needed
• Patient ratio on nights is 1:20 (1 hall per CNA)
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• At least 1 year of experience as an LTC/Skilled Nursing CNA required
• Must have successfully completed 1 travel assignment prior to applying
• Must have no at-fault cancellations in work history
• No background or license hits accepted
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), WI CNA registry
• Graduate of a CNA training program required
• Skills required include vital signs monitoring, patient transfers, wound and skin care, catheter care, glucometer use, Hoyer lift operation, isolation precautions/PPE, and long-term care procedures
Facility:
This long-term care facility operates 66 rooms across 4 halls, providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients. The facility is part of a larger health system with more than 80 primary and specialty care clinics throughout the region, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient and family experiences through high-quality, compassionate care. Free parking is available on-site for staff.
