Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with an ASAP start date
• 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours, which count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours
• Float requirements include alike units within skillset (IMC) and willingness to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior
• Work on a 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with an average daily census of 28
• Patient ratios: days and PM shifts max of 5 patients (average 4), nights max of 7
• Minimum 2+ years of MedSurg experience required; IMC experience is a plus
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: WI or compact RN license, AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS
• Required education: ADN or BSN
• Must be able to manage independently, complete tasks timely, and collaborate with team and ancillary staff
• Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes throughout a shift required
• Any professional-colored scrubs required
