Opportunity:
RN – MedSurg
Job Details:
• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Must be willing to float to like units including Riverview, Plover, and Divine Savior
• May be placed on low census call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Unit consists of 32 medical/surgical beds covering orthopedic, general, urology, and ENT cases
• Day/PM patient ratio of 1:4-5; night ratio of 1:6-7
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg and orthopedic experience required
• 1 completed travel assignment required
• Epic charting experience required
• ADN or BSN required
• Wisconsin or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
• Any professional-colored scrubs required
• Strong work ethic, resilience, adaptability to change, and social skills preferred

This medical facility operates a robust medical/surgical unit with 32 beds offering three levels of care including ICU, stepdown, and med/surg services. The unit specializes in orthopedic, general surgery, urology, and ENT cases, providing comprehensive inpatient care across multiple campuses within the health system. The facility maintains high standards for clinical expertise and requires experienced nursing professionals who are adaptable and team-oriented.
