Opportunity:
Anesthesia Technologist – Anesthesia Tech
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Variable 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with start times including 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and 10:00 AM
• Approximately 1 shift per week will include one hour of charge duties for early morning set up from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• On-call responsibilities include one back-up and one call night per week, and 1-2 call weekends per contract on a rotation basis
• Back-up call hours: 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including overnight call from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• Rotating holiday schedule required
• May be required to float to other central locations as needed
• Must have own vehicle for on-call requirements – this is a firm requirement
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia tech experience required
• At least one prior travel assignment required
• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Experience in hearts or assisting with central lines and Swans required
• Preferred experience with Cell Saver, Belmont, and setting up central lines
• Assist anesthesia providers across a variety of specialties with a main focus on the cardiothoracic program
• Charting system is EPIC
• Required certifications: AHA BLS required; ASATT preferred but not required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Must provide verifiable education documentation (accredited high school diploma, GED certificate, or official transcripts) prior to contract signing
• Scrubs: any color

The facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center and supports anesthesia technologists across multiple surgical specialties. The organization is part of a larger regional health system with multiple locations and maintains high standards of patient care supported by advanced technology and experienced clinical teams.
