Opportunity:
RN – ICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour variable shifts in the ICU
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• Float to alike units within skillset, including other locations within a 40-mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River)
• Floating may be pre-scheduled as needed
• Can be placed on low census/on call; call back minimum is 2 hours
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
• Occasional pediatric surgical patients (may include ENT or orthopedic cases)
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Charting experience with EPIC preferred but not required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Any scrub color permitted

The facility operates an intensive care unit with a 1:2 patient ratio, providing critical care services to both adult and occasional pediatric surgical patients. As a critical access hospital, the facility serves a broad geographic region, offering comprehensive inpatient care while maintaining strong connections to sister facilities within the health system.
